I've got a question for anyone who has played the Master of Strategy mod recently for Shogun 2. It looks like an interesting mod that I want to try but I've run into 2 major issues: - Town growth doesn't seem to be getting applied at all. I don't seem to get anything applied from arts (from the economic line that adds small decimal improvements) or from food surplus (the mod states that now every 5 points adds a bonus, but I don't see anything with 10+ surplus).
